Well so far there is nothing new to say, I can only say that justice in this country is a disgrace to my way of seeing things you can not trust the judges do their work, I will tell you that I went to see the judge a couple of times and bad part of treat do not give a solution, the first time I've anime to go see the judge's office was a disgrace they had a lot of files stacked on each other and the worst thing they could not even find my file to boot the judge told me he wanted to speak to him and looked at me and think that I did not hear your files just keep looking for mine apparently was not the only thing that he had lost, had a secretary who I think was a practitioner that treated her as a "cholita" not to put it another way, the bossy, she screamed and was the worst, if that's not it professional call, I have finished a race and in his time and although I was practicing the same profession does not seem to be the right thing to do which brings me to the conclusion that if this kind of people that come to administer justice in this country, then we can expect the results we obtain is obvious that the answer that we will be based on the mood that has the judge when the sentence osea my situation depends on which side of the bed is lifted the day the judge decides to solution to my case.
I think I recall that began in February 2008, the last hearing was in October of that year and so far can not give me a sentence, what is awaiting the judge? or simply not doing its job?. Books and state laws clearly state that such cases should be given quickly because this involved the life of a minor and even if they say that the caseload is too much, if not it should feel able to to resign and leave office to someone who quisisera really work. the state to realize that in such cases where it can be sentimental should not involve putting women in charge because they are not objective and worse with the pressure of the caseload is psychologically destabilizing and end of account does not do anything. I know they existed and there are women who have brought great ideas to society but as well as experience has shown us that limp hand most of the men also is showing us that women are as equal or worse thing is that no had given them the opportunity to make mistakes.
is like the case of women police who initially became popular because in the end are women and do not accept bribes, now I wonder ... right? actually when women are not coimea? maybe at first they would not of shame but now they are? .
